FAQs
What are the types of instruction offered?
Private Sessions
One-on-one for one hour
Excellent for the beginner with no prior experience in this technique, as well as those who may want or need extra instruction in any aspect of the work. If you want to select the instructor, and the time, this is the instruction choice for you! Maximum scheduling flexibility. (Based on instructor availability of course!)
Semi-Private Sessions
One instructor working with 2 - 4 clients at a time.
Semi-private sessions provide the maximum scheduling flexibility and use all equipment appropriate to your skill level. To begin semi-privates, you must have some prior experience in Pilates work. This instruction choice has the most time slots available as you will work with all instructors. A price value since you will share the instructor's time with up to 4 other clients. You pick the time, we assign the instructor. (Based on instructor availability.)
