Dr. Taylor will teach you ways to manage fatigue, build your energy, and gain better control over your body. Barbara Nelson will present an introduction to Yamuna body rolling as a self therapy that will increase range of motion, muscle length and tone, and circulation as muscles are freed from each other, from bone, and from connective tissue. It's health, fitness, and massage all rolled into one! Rhona Jordan offers guidance using Imagery. Imagination is the oldest healing modality on the planet.
