Yoga

Yoga was traditionally taught one-on-one in a mentoring relationship between teacher and student. The class method we now see almost exclusively was introduced by the British in the 1930’s. We offer both types of instruction based on your needs.

Yoga Private Sessions

One-on-one instruction for one hour. For the discriminating client we do offer one-on-one training. Excellent for the beginner with no prior experience in this technique, as well as those who want or need extra instruction in any aspect of the work.

Group Yoga Classes

One instructor working with 1 – 7 clients at a time. Ongoing group classes are offered morning and evening during the week.
